On December 31, 2009, the subscribed capital of Proha Plc was EUR 15,916,854.20 and the total number of shares was 61.961.751. There has been no changes in the subscribed capital and the number of shares after the fiscal period.

September 29, 2009	The aggregate share ownership by Erkki Etola and his controlled company Oy Etra Invest Ab has exceeded one fourth of all Proha Plc shares.

September 29, 2009	Dovre Investering AS (previously called Dovregruppen AS) has sold all of its Proha Plc shares. After the transaction, Dovre Investering AS together with its affiliated companies owns zero percent of Proha Plc shares.
