According to the Articles of Association Dovre Group has no less than one and no more than two auditors (Authorized Public Accountants). If the company has only one auditor, who is not an auditing firm, or the General Meeting considers it necessary, one or two deputy auditors shall be elected. The term of the auditors lasts until the end of the first Annual General Meeting following the election.
