INCREASE IN NUMBER OF SHARES IN DOVRE GROUP PLC
The number of shares in Dovre Group Plc has increased by 934,000 as a result of new shares being subscribed for with the company’s 2007 Stock Option Plan. The increase in the company’s number of shares has been entered in the Finnish trade register on July 7, 2011. After the registration, there are a total of 62,895,751 shares in the company.
